Lewis Davey are working with a climate and carbon market advisory that helps organisations meet Net Zero goals by designing and sourcing high-integrity, nature-based carbon credit portfolios. They combine financial rigour, deep due diligence, and market access to turn climate action from a cost into a strategic asset.

With a good 2025, they are continuing their growth and looking to appoint a senior leadership professional. This will be a blend of developing new business and delivering the works. Someone who is comfortable with and has proven selling experience, familiar in dealing with senior decision makers and accustomed with due diligence, impact assessment, and risk reduction. Ultimately, looking for those that can open doors, lead consultative sales, and structure bespoke deals/delivery.

The role is based out of London with office presence for 2-3 days of the week.

What you will need to succeed

• Experience working in commercial/market facing roles – BD, deal structuring, client origination, long-cycle, consultative sales
• Experience/knowledge of the carbon market/environmental market (voluntary carbon markets, nature-based solutions, environmental commodities, carbon integrity, risk, pricing)
• Climate or sustainability advisory experience (net zero strategy, climate consulting, corporate decarbonisation planning, client facing advisory roles
• From a ‘skills’ POV – client credibility (CFOs, legal, heads), ability to explain complex climate concepts, comfort with ambiguity and emerging markets, strong commercial judgement (not green washing), end-to-end ownership from idea to deal to delivery.
