Field Auditing HSEQ Specialist

Our client, a global leader in SaaS for contractor and supplier information management, is looking to hire a HSEQ Specialist focused on Field Auditing for their client based out of their Dallas office.

A HSEQ Professional working on to provide occupational safety-related support to new and existing clients. The Specialist will work with the wider team and directly with customers to filter and answer questions on their SaaS platform, represent the HSEQ team in meetings regarding functionality updates and participate in various research activities.

Trading in your safety vest and site walks for a corporate position with exposure to the boardroom and making a greater impact across multiple sites, industries and companies.

Responsibilities:

Research, develop, and enhance health and safety review protocols as required by legislation and industry best practices.

Assist and support contractor/supplier clients; meet clients at their locations as needed.

Review contractor HSEQ documentation and processes, and communicate compliance or gaps in relation to regulatory requirements.

Perform desktop audits of health and safety programs and/or other HSE documentation.

Coordinate various review protocol development and implementation initiatives.

Attend sales meetings with your Business Development teammates to serve as the HSE subject matter expert.

Research, develop and author various resources and reference documents for customers and prospects.

Participate in industry monitoring, HSE professional organizations and other opportunities to continue personal and professional growth.

Continually re-evaluate offerings and processes to provide superior service to customers.

Experience Required:

4+ years of experience in the HSE field.

Recognized safety certification preferred.

ISO audit experience, including training or credentials such as ISO 45001 Lead Auditor.

Strong communication skills, initiative and drive to move projects forward effectively.

Bachelors in related field or equivalent relevant work experience.

The role will require 3 days a week in the Dallas office.
