Lewis Davey is recruiting a Bilingual Business Development Associate to be part of a growing team in a leading global company.

In this role is based in Dallas-Fort Worth the Business Development Associate will leverage their language capabilities to support communication with clients and internal teams across a variety of international markets and cultures. The position focuses on delivering a high standard of customer support, responding to client enquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and contributing to sales and marketing initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

This opportunity would suit individuals who possess:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English alongside Portuguese, French, or Spanish in a professional capacity
• A customer-focused mindset with a genuine interest in supporting and assisting others
• An enthusiasm for working directly with people and engaging confidently over the phone
• Long-term career ambitions within customer service and B2B sales
• Solid computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email platforms
• The ability and willingness to quickly learn new systems, software and business concepts
• Strong attention to detail, patience and problem-solving skills, particularly in troubleshooting situations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience

• Advanced written and spoken fluency in English and ether Portuguese, French, or Spanish  required

• Interest in building a career path that begins in customer support and progresses into B2B sales within approximately 12–24 months
• Ability to work onsite to the Dallas office a minimum of three days per week
• Must be legally authorised to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship requirements
